On January 13, the 2021 China Best Employer Award Ceremony was held in Chengdu. Tongwei Co., Ltd. was on the list of "China Top 30 Best Employers in 2021".

The "China Best Employer" program, initiated by Zhaopin, is intended to identify the benchmarking employer brands in China through objective assessment and professional investigation and appraisal, and reveal the development trend of the best employers in corporate management and human resources development, so as to provide more enterprises with consultancy and other services regarding corporate management and employer brand strategy.
