March 4 -14, hed by Tongwei Group CEO Ms. Zhuo Yujiao, the management of Tongwei and Yongxiang made a 11-day trip to Europe for quality and manufacturing benchmarking study.

The main content of the trip includes course training/seminar, visit to benchmarking companies and social-cultural activities.

The delegation visited two civil PV companies in Germany of 300 KW roof top installation and 1000 KW ground mounted sites. To get a better understanding of the superiority of ’Made in Germany’, the management paid a visit to the headquarters, exhibition hall and integrated production line of BMW, Mercedes Benz, and BASF, and learned advanced management ideas and quality shaping experience, as well as practices and achievements in policy, technology, grid connection, and management of Germany’s PV end application.   

"Made in Germany" is recognized worldwide as a label for high quality products and value. German leading companies such as Mercedes, BMW, and BASF enjoy global repute.

Based on this trip, Ms. Zhuo Yujiao encouraged Tongwei’s management to face the gap between Tongwei and the world’s leading companies. She pointed out, combining industrial development and human resource needs, the executives shall actively explore the international perspective with a new approach to improve the management structure, and implement a focused strategy to help Tongwei go global.

Especially, the gradual expansion of Tongwei, its scale and pace of internationalization, require the senior management to effectively improve management level, which is closely bound up to talent education and training, operation improvement as well as product innovation breakthrough.
