August, 20, the Conference of Promoting Private Economic Development in Sichuan was held in Chengdu. The purpose of the conference was to implement the policy of the 18^th CPC National Congress. Board chairman of Tongwei Group Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the conference.

The conference gave commendation to the Top 100 private companies, and issued opinions and policy measures for promoting private economy by the CPC Sichuan Committee and Sichuan provincial government.

The conference discussed promoting Sichuan’s private economy in four aspects:1.Creating supportive environment for business startup by releasing limits, lowering costs, as well as promoting loan support and tax remission ; 2. Prompting industrial arrangement by giving guidance to Sichuan’s 7 major emerging industries including new energy, new material, and bio pharmacy, with a focus on cultivating advanced technologies and management competence; 3. Strengthening technical creation and encouraging R&D input on technology transfer for private companies, enhancing brand building, quality, technique, and core competitive;4. Strengthening management and corporate governance structure; leading transfer industrial structure towards diversified property right by means of direct financing, equity interest reform, and strategic introduction.
