According to Chairman Liu Hanyuan’s direction, the team build-up of the first-class professional property management needs tests from paramilitary training. Tongyu Propoerty formulated work criterion and specific management measures to improve standardized management level through strict military training. The measures include management and service improvement, as well as unified mentality, order, management, mechanism, discipline and enforcement.

As the demonstration unit, the TIC property department implements the paramilitary management with five phases of prophase preparation, promotion/mobilization, paramilitary training, location management, and operations management. According to the requirements of internalized in mentality, externalized in formality and materialized in result, all staff members are requested to wear uniform. The training consists of military training every week, work management environment rectification, paramilitary management of dormitory, as well as flag-raising ceremony procedure and norm set-up. Meanwhile, the project department fully implements location management, and brings paramilitary management into performance appraisal for individuals and departments.
