June, 25 – July 16, the special team from Tongwei corp culture building and China Enterprise Confederation has been assigned to Ronglai Tongwei, Care Pet Food, Chongqing Tongwei, Hainan Tongwei, Zhuhai Oceanic First, Suzhou Tongwei, Changde Tongwei, Dafeng Tongwei, Lianyungang Tongwei and Tianjing Tongwei for research and tutorship.

The experts had conferences from staff representatives from mid-leadership, production, sales and logistics, and got an overall understanding of the subsidiaries’ situation. During interview and on-site visit, the team offered tutorship with regard to corp culture development measures, management ideology, culture environment, and corp culture promotion. The experts also brought about specific requirements and suggestions on subsidiary corp culture building, with a focus on corp culture characteristics and management policy formation, as well as corp culture promotion through corporate vision, production workshops and market share.

The subsidiaries are in satisfactory condition. The special team is reported to visit Xiamen Tongwei, Zibo Tongwei, Nanning Tongwei, Deyang Tongwei and Yongxiang Polysilicon during August and September.
