McDonald’s delegation visits Tongwei

June, 25, McDonald’s senior leaders from various functions around the globe paid a visit to Tongwei, and received warm welcome from Chairman Liu Hanyuan, and VP Hu Rongzhu. The two sides made discussions on H.R. management, staff training, as well as potential cooperative opportunities.

Before the conference at the lobby reception, the delegates were attracted by Tongwei’s top performing food products. The guests showed great interest and tried 3-min microwavable tilapia fillet. They gave it all thumb-up appraisals: "very fresh and tasty in just 3- minute preparation!" At the conference, H.R. Director of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Ms. He Ping and Mr. Xu Gang respectively made presentations on Tongwei’s H.R. Strategy, as well as Tongwei’s business strategy of becoming the world-class supplier of healthy and safe food.

During the free communication, Chairman Liu emphasized on Tongwei’s advantage of attracting and retaining top talent by career, salary and benefits, as well as sentiment attachment. In general, the company’s employee mobility keeps at a ratio between 5%-10%.
