Hosted by China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, the 7^th China New Energy Int’l Forum was held at Beijing Exhibition Center during June 14-15, 2013. Chairman Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the forum and gave a keynote speech.

Themed with ’Responsibility and Confidence’, the Distributed PV Power Generation Forum provided insiders with a platform for communication and display. At the forum, the present entrepreneurs shared their views on ’Distributed PV Power and the Domestic Market Initiation’ as well as ’Going Global Strategy for Domestic Enterprises ’.

Chairman Liu agreed that distributed PV power generation played a positive role, and emphasized that the purpose of going global was to come back when necessary. To address the application issue of domestic PV market, the first problem to tackle is to deal with the understanding. The PV industry is not a high pollution high consumption industry. Instead, it has a great potential. Enjoying abundant resources, the domestic market is based on semi-permanent material of silicon. With government incentives, power generation by enterprises will have wider applications at market. Mr. Liu said, after the anti-dumping incidence, the public view towards the PV industry is changing, which will effectively promote the sector’s development, and will in turn make greater contributions to China’s energy, resources and environment safety.
