March, 21-22, the corp culture building project team organized corp culture building symposium at Wuhan and Guangdong Tongwei. Over 50 people including Expert Wang Ji from China Enterprise Confederation, team leader Li Siyu, as well as subsidiary GMs and corp culture commissioners attended the symposium.

The leadership and officers in charge from Hubei and Guangdong area made specific introduction and presentation to attendees about respective corporate cultures with typical cases. Expert Wang Ji gave comments and guidance on Wuhan and Guangdong Tongwei’s corporate culture building with further suggestions for improvements. He gave high credit to the achievements the two subsidiaries had made.

The symposium received good effect, and greatly raised the morale of staffers. All attendees expressed their will and determination to bettering corp culture building through concerted effort.
