Feburary, 22, the Representative Conference of Private Entrepreneurs was held in Chengdu. Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan committee, Governor of Sichuan Wei Hong presided over the conference and listened to suggestions from attendees on Sichuan’s private economic development.

Chairman Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the conference, and gave a keynote speech on three aspects: A. Ensuring Food safety: Standardized and normalized pig slaughtering and processing market in and around Chengdu needs to be established as soon as possible. B. Promoting Sichuan’s polysilicon business competitiveness: Strengthening support on production power consumption. C. Accelerating PV resource development and utilization: Efforts need to be done to get more state subsidy.
