December, 21, organized by Global Times, the ’Global Vision Spotlight China’ Summit Forum and 2012 Global Times Release Ceremony was held in Beijing. Vice council chairman of China International Economic Exchange Center and Former Vice Minister of Department of Commerce Wei Jianguo attended the forum. Chairman Liu was invited to give a keynote speech. The Forum released the list of China’s Best Cities for Investment, and the Best Cities with Eco-logical Development. Additionally, among the awards released, Tongwei Group won the title of the ’2012 Chinese enterprises that influenced the world’s business pattern’. Chairman Liu received the honor of 2012 Chinese Entrepreneurs with the Most Civic Responsibility.

Chairman Liu mentioned during his speech, urbanization has become the important means to promoting domestic demands. The issue of ’agriculture, farmer, and rural area’ can be addressed only when taking into account of a comprehensive solution of urbanization and industrialization construction. New energy, according to Chairman Liu, is the new economic growth point which can effectively release energy pressure. In future, the sustainable development will shift from fossil fuel consumption to clean energy development. China’s manufacturing business and newly emerged industries will dominate the future.

As the recipient of ’Chinese Entrepreneurs with the Most Civic Responsibility’, Chairman Liu said, the biggest responsibility of a company is to produce products that can satisfy social needs. In this sense, Tongwei has been putting its focus on product quality for the last 30 years. Specifically, the company aims to provide fish product with assured quality.
