Organized by Chengdu People’s Government, with China Energy News, China Renewable Energy Society, China Renewable Energy Industries Association, China Nuclear Energy Industry Assn, China Electricity Council (planned), and China Power Supply Association, the event gathered numerous government officials, leading manufacturers, experts and scholars to discuss together the hot issues and exchange ideas; and a number of well-known companies put in an appearance with their products.

During his speech, Mr. Liu pointed out, holding such event, on one hand, could take advantage of the policy support by the State legislative, and guide companies to expand domestic and international markets; on the other, stimulate the initiative of companies and strengthen input in research and innovation of core techniques. Chairman Liu emphasized on the improvement of energy structure in Western China with government support to further explore the resource advantage in the West. Meanwhile, he said with all concerted effort, the new energy industry in West China could see healthy and fast development.

China (Chengdu) New Energy International Summit & Exposition has become one of the most influential events for new energy industries in Western China.
