October, 30, the Israeli ambassador to China Mr. Matan Vilnai, economic and commercial counselor Mr. Hovav Ref, and director of cultural, academic and provincial affairs Mr. Zvika Ziv paid a visit to Tongwei, and received warm welcome from board chairman Liu Hanyuan, executive vice president Zhuo Yujiao, vice president Hu Rongzhu, Huang Qigang, CIO Li Gaofei, and senior consultant Wu Zongwen.

At the conference, Ms. Zhuo delivered welcome speech and introduced to the guests Tongwei’s business development and vision. Mr. Wu Zongwen presented Tongwei’s international cooperation projects, especially with Israeli companies in electrified water treatment and pond drainage.

Chairman Liu said, Israel takes the lead in agriculture techniques, especially in water saving aspect. In this respect, Tongwei has a lot to communicate and work with Israeli companies. Mr. Vilnai also agreed that both sides have complementary advantages to carry on more projects and create a win-win scenario.
