June, 12, Section Chief of Monetary Coordination & Finance Guarantee from Chengdu Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Wen Bin, and delegation paid a research visit to Tongwei Agricultural Guarantee Company, and received warm welcome from general manager Lu Xiaohua. The major purpose of this visit was to find out the company’s business model, target customers, management status, as well as difficulties during operation.

Mr. Lu said, besides serving for Tongwei’s feed subsidiary, the guarantee company has also been positively working with functional department of government for policy support and business guidance.

Mr. Wen gave high credit to the company and its contributions to the rural economic development. He introduced the government’s subsidy measures targeted at guarantee companies for small-, medium- , micro-sized enterprises and agri-business. He expressed his wish to be actively involved in the introduction of preferential policies targeting at agribusiness guarantee.
