In order to promote corporate culture construction and management, Tongwei fosters the corporate culture demonstration project so as to strengthen its influence.

Working with China Enterprise Confederation, Tongwei Group set up a team for establishing the corporate culture demonstration unit, including Yongxiang Polysilicon Co., Ltd., Care Pet Food Co., Ltd., Wuhan Tongwei Feed Co., Ltd., Tongwei (Dafeng) Feed Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Tongwei Feed Co., Ltd..

May, 6 – 23, the team made a prophase research for the five subsidiaries by vis-à-vis interviews with managers, officers and staff members, and collected the company’s development progress, strategic planning, annual work plans, existing corporate culture achievements, as well as system compilation.

Currently, the team is making the project design based on the collected info and the company’s features. July, 1 – September, 30, the work will enter the substantial stage, which includes audio-video system, cultural environment establishment, and themed cultural activities. Before late December, Tongwei will award the qualified companies, and organize experience sharing and communication.
