February, 27, Tongwei Group held symposium on Exemplars in Corporate Culture practice. Chairman of Board of Supervisors Chen Xinyu, vice president Hu Rongzhu, vice president Huang Qigang, President of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Yan Hu, Chairman of Board of Supervisors Yan Baoquan, as well as all the staff members attended the symposium.

Mr. Yan shared his experience and understanding on corporate culture, and made requirement for the company’s management to promote inspiration culture, trust culture, and learning culture. Meanwhile, it is important to strengthen responsibility culture, and avoid official-oriented culture and authority culture.

The invited exemplar staff members Testing Center Director Liu Yaomin, Livestock & Poultry Research Institute Director Luo Runsheng shared their work experience with the audience. All the attendees exchanged ideas on work methods, attitude, efficiency and communication.
