January 31 – February 2, Tongwei Co., Ltd. held 2012 annual training for human resources managers. Department officers from 100 subsidiaries under Tongwei attended the training. The 3-day training focused on specialized capability improvement based on current HR power strategic development requirements.

The invited instructor from Sichuan Provincial Office of Labor and Social Security Wang Zuyun explained on issues of preventing and dealing with labor standards and disputes. Topics of achieving objectives by improving team efficiency were further discussed.

During the discussion, President of Tongwei Co., Ltd. made a keynote speech and made requirements for all the department officers to improve comprehensive capability. Administrative director Nie Liang, director of HR department He Ping made work reports of 2011, as well as arrangements for 2012.
