July, 29, Sichuan Technology commissioner entrepreneurial actions and the technical creation demonstration project promotion was held in Chengdu. Government officials and over 260 representatives from colleges, research institutes and industrial leading companies attended the promotion. Tongwei Co., Ltd. was conferred the plate of Sichuan Technology Mission Workstation.

At the promotion, Sichuan Science and Technology Department Director Peng Yuhang presented the work report of the demonstration project. Currently, there are over 8,200 special commissioners sent by the Department to the rural area for technological entrepreneurial activity.

The meeting appointed 60 ‘science and technology commissions of agricultural science and technology park area under the provincial level rural construction demonstration area’ and recruited 462 special commissioners. In addition, the meeting appointed the first 16 industry entrepreneurship chains in Sichuan, including ‘science and technology special commissioner Silurus meridionalis industry entrepreneurship chain’. Tongwei Co., Ltd. was awarded Sichuan Technology Mission Workstation.

The ‘science and technology special commissioner silurus meridionalis industry entrepreneurship chain’ is an industrial chain technical consortium initiated by Tongwei Co., Ltd. It mainly engages in the key technique integration and industrialization demonstration of silurus meridionalis during 2011-2014. The project aims to build a complete industrial chain and running mechanism of ‘fish fries – feed – water quality – farming – processing - logistics’ with standardized traceability system in Sichuan.
