July, 5 to 8, accompanied by corporate culture construction representatives, experts from Tongwei Corporate Culture Project of China Enterprise Confederation paid a research visit to Ronglai Tongwei, and received warm welcome from Tongwei’s assistant president and Ronglai Tongwei’s general manager Wan Xuegang.

July, 6, accompanied by Ronglai Tongwei’s deputy general manager Pu Yajun, the experts visited companies under “Ronglai Mode”, and listened to briefing on the company’s introduction, environment, current operation status and its role in Ronglai Mode. They indicated that this mode improved the previously loose industrial chain with the support of capital, policy, service and other resources, especially farmers’ benefit with additional services of guarantee, veterinary drugs, techniques and recycling with high price.

After the visit, the experts interviewed leadership and representatives of the subsidiaries, and held a discussion with the employees to know more about their opinions of Tongwei, including advantages and disadvantages of their on-site management, as well as the employees’ advice for corporate culture construction. The project team also handed out over 400 questionnaires about corporate culture to provide data for employees’ awareness and construction of corporate culture.
