June, 27, Chairman Liu paid an inspection visit to Tianjin Tongwei in company with assistant president of Tongwei Co., Ltd., general manager of Northern China area, Li Nianfu, and general manager of Shenyang Tongwei Zhang Gangming, and general manager of Changchun Tongwei Wang Guangsheng.

Mr. Liu visited Tianjin Tongwei’s market aquafeed and pig feed dealers and farmers, and made a keynote speech at the Northern China Area training of pig farm disease on the issues of high-priced fish and pork market, as well as the future price trend.

The main purpose of Mr. Liu’s visit is to know the current and future market trend in fish and pig feed. Mr. Liu not only visited farmers in person, gave them scientific feeding guidance, but also exchanged ideas with professors and experts from Beijing Agricultural University on pig feed diseases.

At the training meeting, Mr. Li presented the Area’s work report with the determination to build the No.1 brand of complete feed for China’s pig farm, and make the Northern Area the key development area. Mr. Liu gave high credit to the objective, and emphasized to find the right methods to realize it. Mr. Liu said, ‘health’ has always been Tongwei’s standard for products. Raising pigs with antibiotics is not contributing to the society but committing crimes. We still need to stick to the way of healthy, safe farming with low-copper low-zinc antibiotics free feed, as the demand for pork increases greatly.

In the afternoon, Mr. Liu paid a visit to the warehouse and workshop of Tianjin Tongwei’s new plant and listened to the pig feed development report. He said, our advantage in pig feed should be made obvious, and we also need to build our own brand dominance, find the bottleneck for future problem solving. Mr. Liu also brought up specific requirements for project quality, equipment management and maintenance.
