June, 29, Chairman Liu paid an inspection visit to Langfang Tongwei in company with assistant president of Tongwei Co., Ltd., general manager of Northern China area, Li Nianfu, and general manager of Langfang Tongwei Hu Chengfeng. Mr. Liu visited the company’s workshop, warehouse and office building.

During the meeting afterwards, Mr. Hu presented business operation report of H1. Chairman Liu made deep analysis of the company’s business strategy, and asked for strict control over raw material quality and storage period reduction of premix.

Every detail of processing procedure needs to be taken good care of, in order to improve product quality from the source, Mr. Liu said. Producing feed is the same as producing food. What we need is scaled and programmed factory with its sales radius reaching 50-100km, as well as the market share capturing 70% within the sales radius of 30-50 km. It is necessary to lower cost, select excellent customers, strengthen cooperation with brother companies, and look for market positioning.
