Today, the establishment of postdoctoral innovative practice base of Tongwei Co., Ltd. (Postdoctoral Research Work Station) is formally approved, which showcases Tongwei’s technical strength and innovative capability, after the four government certified State-level Enterprise Technology Center, research base of Sichuan aquaculture technology research center, Sichuan Ph. D. workstation, and Chengdu talent workstation.

Before the base establishment, the construction of the seven research institutes under the Technology Center of Tongwei Co., Ltd. – aquaculture research institute, shrimp special feed research institute, livestock feed research institute, poultry feed research institute, pharmaceuticals research institute, Tongwei aquaculture science and technology park, Tongwei aquaculture Project Center were completed in 2010, set up with technical innovation committee, technical expert committee and technology center office. Meanwhile, five major systems of “talent management system, independent research and development project management system, cooperative R&D project management system, technology non-disclosure system, and integrated management system” were also formed to guide management and research.
