Corporate culture is Tongwei’s soul, and the important marker of Tongwei’s key resource and soft power for its existence and development. In order to make corporate culture building the top priority during the next five year’s development, Tongwei has initiated the 1st corporate culture performance exemplar selection.

Tongwei has established a unique management model that dedicates to help identify, understand, and manage the factors that determine its success. This goal-oriented model encourages changes and self-improvements under the direction of basic principles. It includes feasible and effective management principles and norms of conduct that take forms of manuals, regulations, computerized programs and systems

The event will eventually selects 20 exemplars from the headquarters and subsidiaries all over the country. The final recipients will have the opportunity to travel abroad.
