May, 4-5, Tongwei held the 2011 annual training for H.R. departments officers. Executive vice president Zhuo Yujiao, assistant president Nie Liang, Wang Shangwen, as well as relevant department officers attended the training.

During the meeting, Ms. Zhuo made in-depth communication and discussions with the attendees on efficiency, work methods, and confidence. Mr. Nie and Mr. Wang made suggestions for the difficulties and challenges during human resources management.

The training made review, analysis, and summary of the 2010 human resources work, and also invited well-known H.R. management expert Dr. Chen Fangbo to give a lecture on Cross-sector human resource management and control model. Taking ‘Reform of payment and performance’ as its theme, the training mainly instructed on daily administrative affairs, common legal cases, monitoring of normative guidance, as well as the use of ERP system.
